Always a pleasure when I visit Meissen at Meissen – what a mouthful that is. But it’s true. The wonderful porcelain factory and showroom are as always a delight and what fascinates me are the girls working there. Here are two such ladies both of whom are applying paint finishes to the Meissen pieces in the exhibition showroom. Just a nice sample if you like of what they do in earnest in the factory.
