A view of Castle Street in Hay-on-Wye in Herefordshire in the UK – just a general scene and managed as a sketch style illustration. Called it sketchbook as Hay on Wye is synonymous with the sale of second hand books and has dozens of book shops in the town.

Done in black and white pencil style with just a touch of color here and there it works quite well for me. I’m trying a small series of these in this style, so it should be interesting to see how they all turn out.
